1. Weekly Weigh In & Recap: 1/5/13

So 1.2 lbs loss that will round out myHolidayseason at 10.6lbs lost since Halloween. I said it last night, I am taking it as a “W” ; )

Meeting was good and PACKED! Lol, standing room only (barley that). I have to say a big THANK YOU to one of the members there who gave me some great advice and suggestions on starting to prepare to do a 5K this year like I plan on doing – Thank you very much ma’am.

I have to say, one of the coolest things about the whole WW experience has been the people I have meet and grown to look up to almost there, they really do keep me motivated and inspire me. So to anyone reading this from the 9:30(previously known as the 9:00) that is you! And Thank You!!!!!

So, holidays over so no more hiccups in the gym times.  I am looking forward to getting back in that routine and am going to try really hard to get 3 days in a week. Will try and continue the upper body and expanded ab/core for 40 – 50 minutes and the 60 minute combined cardio of 10/Eliptical & 20/Treadmil sandwiched around the weights.

Busy month ahead, Baby shower for the sister, birthdays(myself) & other sister’s BF, concert for a coworker’s band at the HOB….AND possible the niece being born!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say it will make for hitting the 150lbs lost target by the end of February difficult because I AM going to celebrate my burfday….tracking of course ; ) But if I can keep the activity up I will technically need to eat extra so that is the game plan so to speak.

Hope everyone has a GREAT rest of their weekend as well as the new week…shout out to the parents with kids going back to school…ahhh routine ; )
